Bergmann advised Prague-based investment bank WOOD & Company in the acquisition of two battery storage projects from the Czech BHM Group. The projects, located in the municipalities of Laukaa and Äänekoski, Finland, have an installed capacity of 90 MWh and 60 MWh respectively. The developer and construction manager is Winda Energy Oy. Bergmann's transaction team consisted of Karoliina Rytkönen, Claudia Greiner and Peter Jaspers.
Bergmann advised wpd Europe GmbH on its divestment of the operational wind farm Maaselänkangas in the municipality of Oulainen in Finland to DWS Group. The wind farm has an installed capacity of 41.3 MW and comprises of seven turbines.
