Enersense International Plc, a provider of zero-emission energy solutions, has signed an agreement on acquiring wind farm developer Megatuuli Oy. The purchase price will be paid in full by means of new Enersense shares to be issued. The transaction is envisaged to close in January. Bergmann advised one of the shareholders of Megatuuli Oy.

German developer Energiequelle initiates the construction of its wind farms, Takanebacken in the municipality of Maalahti, and Torvenkylä in the municipality of Kalajoki, with a total capacity of 68.4 MW. Bergmann supports Energiequelle in contracting and other legal aspects of the construction project.
