Pinja Syrjälä

Pinja works as a senior associate mainly focusing on energy projects as well as general corporate and contract law. She has gained experience especially in the wind power and gas industry. Pinja advises clients on matters related to project development, construction, M&A transactions and project financing. In various traineeships, she has also gathered a strong track record of working with intellectual property.

Prior to joining the Bergmann team, Pinja has worked as a trainee in two law firms and a public limited technology company. In addition to her studies at the University of Helsinki, she has studied law at the LUISS Guido Carli in Italy.
