Bergmann Attorneys at Law acted as the due diligence and negotiation advisor for Muntilan Energia Oy in its acquisition of the pre-construction stage wind power project Muntila in the city of Uusikaupunki, Finland.

Muntilan Energia Oy belongs to the group of companies of E-Group a.s. which is one of the fastest-growing companies in the energetics and heat industry in Slovakia. In the renewable energy sector the group is involved in project implementation of solar energy, hydro power, wind energy as well as utilization of biomass and biogas.

The Muntila project in the city of Uusikaupunki is envisaged to comprise four wind turbines with an aggregate capacity of up to 10 MW. The construction works of the wind park are intended to be started in 2016.
