Bergmann acted as counsel to Posion Energia Oy in negotiation of Wind Turbine Supply & Installation Agreement concerning supply of seven Vestas V126-3.3 MW wind turbines for the Kuusamo wind power project

Bergmann Attorneys at Law advised Posion Energia Oy in the negotiation of a Wind Turbine Supply & Installation Agreement with Vestas Finland Oy concerning supply of seven Vestas V126-3.3 MW wind turbines for the company’s Kuusamo wind power project. The contract includes delivery, installation and commissioning of the wind turbines as well as service and maintenance. The delivery of the turbines is envisaged to take place in the second quarter of 2016 and the turbines are envisaged to be commissioned by the end of 2016.
