Bergmann advised German renewable energy technology group Heizomat in the acquisition of a majority interest in Volter Oy from Taaleri Circular Economy Fund.

On 19 December 2024, the Finnish government proposed to the Parliament a temporary tax credit aimed at accelerating large-scale clean transition investments (HE 207/2024). This proposal aims to kickstart industrial projects related to renewable energy and sustainable clean transition.

Finland’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment formed the Smart Grid Working Group in 2016 to improve electricity markets and implement the Electricity Directive. Some of the Group's recommendations had remained unadressed and are now revisited in a new government proposal.
