Bergmann acted as counsel to E-Group a.s. (Slovakia) in its divestment of its wind power project Saukkovaara in the municipalities of Posio and Kuusamo, Finland, to Prime Capital AG. The park, which has been in operation since 2016, consists of 7 wind turbines with an aggregate rated power of 23 MW.
