Bergmann advised wpd Europe GmbH on its divestment of the operational wind farm Maaselänkangas in the municipality of Oulainen in Finland to DWS Group. The wind farm has an installed capacity of 41.3 MW and comprises of seven turbines.

We are happy to announce that our Associate Trainee Ismo Uusitalo has achieved his graduation as a Master of Laws and will stay with Bergmann as a permanent member our our team.

Bergmann advised wattss, a Swiss developer and implementer of tailored energy‑storage and efficiency solutions, in the acquisition of a majority share in Finnish project developer Solinvest Oy, which will continue to operate under the name wattss Finland Oy. Bergmann's transaction team consisted of Niina Myllyniemi and Peter Jaspers.
