Bergmann Attorneys at Law will participate as a general sponsor in the Helsinki International Arbitration Day 2015. The event is organized annually by the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce. This year’s event will focus on the theme “Arbitration Efficiency in the 21st Century: Possibilities and Pitfalls”. The event takes place at Savoy Theatre in Helsinki on 28 May 2015.

Bergmann acted as counsel to Posion Energia Oy in negotiation of Wind Turbine Supply & Installation Agreement concerning supply of seven Vestas V126-3.3 MW wind turbines for the Kuusamo wind power project.

Bergmann acted as counsel to Posion Energia Oy in negotiation and conclusion of the Balance of Plant contract for the delivery of civil and electrical works for the Kuusamo wind power project.

Bergmann Attorneys at Law is organizing a breakfast seminar in cooperation with Kanzlei für Erneuerbare Energien (KEE, Renewable Energy Law Firm) on the legal framework and business opportunities in the Finnish wind energy sector. Speakers include Bergmann partner Hans Bergmann and Heidi Paalatie of the Finnish Wind Power Association. Presentations will be given in German and English.
