Bergmann acted as counsel to Muntilan Energia Oy in its acquisition of the pre-construction stage wind power project Muntila in the city of Uusikaupunki, Finland.

This year’s event will focus on the theme “Arbitration Efficiency in the 21st Century: Possibilities and Pitfalls”. The event takes place at Savoy Theatre in Helsinki on 28 May 2015.

Bergmann acted as counsel to Posion Energia Oy in negotiation of Wind Turbine Supply & Installation Agreement concerning supply of seven Vestas V126-3.3 MW wind turbines for the Kuusamo wind power project.
